Wikispaces Classroom View

Wikispaces Classroom has great tools for managing your classes' work. Students are given protected access to your Wikispaces Classroom site when you create a membership for them with a user-creator tool. Students younger than 13 will need their teacher to create student accounts with usernames and passwords only. Students 13 and over can create their own Wikispaces, but will need to be invited to join the Wikispaces Classroom by their teacher. Teachers can create and manage teams in the Wikispaces Classroom. They can create projects for their students so that each student will only see their own team's work. Events calendars in the Wikispaces Classroom can manage when documents and files are due. The teacher can quickly view the activity of their students through the assessment tool. Just like regular Wikispaces site, Wikispaces Classrooms can be created to utilize text, images, video clips, links, and widgets.

Creating Your Own Wikispaces Logo with PowerPoint

When you create your Wikispaces site, it comes with a generic potted plant icon and your site's name. You can create a much more appealing logo with something as simple as PowerPoint.
